Cancellation and/or modifications to order:

We will modify an order at no additional charge if the order has not been filled. If we fill an order and you request to modify an order (including a change of delivery address) , we may charge an additional amount depending on expenses incurred to us.

If you want to cancel an order before we have delivered the product, we may agree to a full or partial refund. If you want to cancel after we have delivered an order, we may agree to a full or partial refund or replacement.  A condition of any refund after delivery is that we are able to repossess the product within 24 hours of delivery and with the same conditions as the ones for replacement of an order. See below for replacement. In all cases, the delivery fee is non-refundable. Any refund is at the manager's discretion.

Replacement of Order:

If you are not satisfied with the product we delivered and wish a replacement, please call us as soon as possible but within 24 hours after time of delivery.  Waiting longer than 24 hours to call us would significantly affect our decision to replace the product as flowers are a perishable item. Ultimately, the decision to replace the product is at our manager's discretion. If we agree that a replacement is warranted, it is a condition of replacement that you return to us the original product with all the items that were delivered; this means any and all flowers and filler, any vase(s), any balloons, any stuffed animals and/or any other item(s) that may be part of the delivered product. We may also ask that you deliver back to us the box or container for the original product. We may also ask that you are present when we deliver the replaced product.

Sales Tax

A local sales tax of 9.75% is collected on all purchases except where a sales tax has already been collected .

Credit Cards

We accept Visa MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club. We cannot accept debit cards at this time.

Pricing and Currency:

All prices on our website are in US dollars. We only accept credit card payment for any phone or internet orders.  All credit card payments are subject to verification. All orders are filled to their full dollar value.

Items on our website are priced as standard, deluxe and premium. The picture of the item on the website will be identified "as shown"  with a reference to one of three sizes mentioned.

If we are sending an international order, please consider the exchange rate of the recipient's country. There is a relay fee of $15.00  for international orders in addition to the actual order and delivery. In all cases, we will attempt to find a florist who can fill order to value as per your request. 

Language

All orders need to be placed in English with the exception of the card message. If the card message is in other than English, please be clear and legible as we may not have anyone on our staff who understands that language.

Privacy Policy:

When you place an order with us either by phone or through the internet, we will need to collect certain information from you such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card number.  We collect this information to establish credit with us and none is shared with any other person or company except as follows: a) to any government or law enforcement  agency when required, necessary and/or legal  b) with floral agents such as FTD or with other florists or vendors to send or receive orders and to troubleshoot with such agents, or vendors or florists and to resolve disputes c) to enforce this agreement. We may also follow-up with e-mail or letter or other correspondence about sales, offers, appreciation or other appropriate matters. We cannot guarantee against the interception or theft of personal information by third parties such as hackers among others and the loss of personal information from computer disruptions and other failures.

Security:

Orchid Florist uses secure networks that are designed to protect our customer's privacy and security. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology which encrypts your order information. SSL is the industry standard and is among the best software to ensure that your information will be available only to our Orchid Florist staff. All customer information is held in a secure manner designed to protect information from internal and external access by anyone other than our Orchid Florist staff.

When you open an account with us, you will need to establish a password which will be a personal and secret code known only to you. You will need to enter your username and password each time to sign into your account. For security purposes, do not give your password to anyone else. We do not collect customer passwords. If for some reason, you forget your password, you will need to re-establish your account since your password is required each time you sign into your acount.

Agreement:

When placing an order with us, you agree that you have given your consent to all of our policies  Our policies may change periodically so you may want to periodically review those policies. Our policies may change without prior notice.
